Payment Partner: All payments on THARΞX EA are processed by Razorpay, a payment aggregator authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Razorpay is operated by Razorpay Payments Private Limited.
1. Acceptance of Payment
By making a payment on tharexea.com, you agree to:

2. Accepted Payment Methods
Through Razorpay, we accept:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay, American Express
- Debit Cards: All major Indian and international debit cards
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and others
- Net Banking: 50+ Indian banks supported
- Digital Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Amazon Pay Balance
- EMI: Cardless EMI and Credit Card EMI (subject to bank approval)
- International Cards: For customers outside India
3. Pricing & Currency
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) as the primary currency
- USD ($) equivalent prices are shown for reference for international customers
- Total amount including any applicable fees is shown at checkout BEFORE payment
- No hidden charges
- Currency conversion (for international cards) is handled by your card issuer
4. Payment Authorization
By providing your payment details and clicking "Pay", you:
- Confirm you have legal authority to use the payment method
- Authorize Razorpay to process the transaction
- Authorize us to receive the funds
- Acknowledge that the transaction is non-reversible (subject to our Refund Policy)
5. Payment Confirmation & Delivery
For successful payments:
- You'll receive a Razorpay confirmation email with the payment ID
- Your license will be automatically activated within minutes via our webhook system
- This Razorpay payment receipt serves as your proof of purchase
- For digital products (THARΞX EA Software), delivery is instant via your customer dashboard
6. Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- No amount will be deducted from your account in most cases
- If funds were deducted but payment failed, your bank will automatically refund within 5-7 business days
- If you do not receive a refund within 7 business days, contact your bank first, then contact us
- Failed transactions can be retried immediately
7. Successful Payment Refunds
Refunds for successful payments (if approved per our Refund Policy):
- Initiated by us through Razorpay within 2-3 business days of approval
- Processed back to your original payment method
- Credited to your account within 5-7 business days after initiation
- International refunds may take up to 14 business days due to bank processing

8. Data Security
- Razorpay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (highest standard)
- All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption
- We do NOT store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials
- Razorpay uses advanced fraud detection systems
- 3D Secure authentication is required for most transactions
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you wish to dispute a transaction:
- Contact us FIRST through any channel listed in Section 12 — most issues are resolved within 48 hours
- If unresolved, you may contact Razorpay support at razorpay.com/support
- If still unresolved, you may file a chargeback with your bank
Warning: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your license and permanent ban from future purchases.
10. International Transactions
For customers paying from outside India:
- Razorpay supports international cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx)
- Your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee (typically 1-3%) — this is NOT charged by us
- Currency conversion rates are set by your card issuer
- FEMA regulations apply for Indian customers paying international vendors (not applicable for our service since we are India-based)
11. Delivery of Digital Goods
THARΞX EA is a digital software product:
- Delivery time: Instant — within minutes of successful payment
- Delivery method: Via your customer dashboard at tharexea.com
- No physical shipping involved
- Software is downloaded directly from our secure servers
- If you don't receive access within 24 hours, contact us immediately
