refund policy

SUMMARY: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase due to the digital nature of the Software. Please use our trial option before committing to a lifetime purchase.

1. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Expert Advisors (which can be copied, used, and redistributed instantly), ALL payments to THARΞX EA are final and non-refundable.

2. Trial Option

To minimize buyer's remorse, we offer a 7-day trial at ₹2,200 (~$22). This allows you to:

  • Test THARΞX EA on a live or demo account
  • Evaluate the strategy, performance, and risk profile
  • Confirm compatibility with your broker
  • Make an informed decision before purchasing lifetime access

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY in these specific cases:

  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same plan, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days
  • Technical failure on our side: If we cannot deliver the Software within 7 days of payment due to issues entirely on our side
  • Unauthorized payment: If you can prove the payment was made fraudulently without your authorization (subject to investigation)

4. NOT Grounds for Refund

The following are explicitly NOT grounds for refund:

  • Trading losses incurred while using the Software
  • Disagreement with the trading strategy after purchase
  • Broker rejection or platform incompatibility (test with trial first)
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Inability to operate MT5 or set up the Software
  • Failure to follow our setup instructions
  • Software working as designed but not meeting your expectations

5. How to Request a Refund (Exception Cases Only)

If you believe you qualify under Section 3, contact us within 48 hours of the payment:

Include in your request:

  • Razorpay payment ID
  • Email used for purchase
  • Detailed reason and supporting evidence

6. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license
  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Potential legal action to recover the amount

7. License Replacement

If your MT5 account is closed by your broker and you need to migrate the license to a new MT5 account, contact us. We may approve a one-time license transfer at our discretion (no refund involved).

8. Business Information

THARΞX EA is operated as a registered MSME in India. For business verification, tax invoice requests, or compliance documentation, please contact us through any channel listed in Section 5. We respond within 24-48 hours.
