  • Your name (as set on your Google account)
  • Your Google profile picture (if available)

  • City and country
  • MT5 trading account number(s)
  • Broker name

1.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do NOT store your full credit card details. We receive only:

  • Razorpay payment ID
  • Payment amount and currency
  • Payment status and timestamp

1.4 Technical Information

Automatically collected:

  • IP address (for security purposes)
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and timestamps
  • Session cookies (required for login)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the THARΞX EA service
  • Process payments and license activations
  • Bind licenses to your specific MT5 accounts
  • Communicate with you about your license, updates, and support
  • Detect fraud and unauthorized usage
  • Improve our software and services
  • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law

3. How We Share Your Information

We do NOT sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Razorpay: for processing payments (their privacy policy)
  • Google: as authentication provider
  • Hosting provider: for data storage
  • Legal authorities: if required by Indian law

4. Cookies & Sessions

We use a single session cookie (tharex_sess) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that profile individual users.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in India. We use:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Bcrypt password hashing
  • OAuth 2.0 for authentication
  • Database access controls

6. Your Rights

Under the Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules thereunder, you have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data via your dashboard

Your data may be processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate (e.g., Google, Razorpay).
