Digital Product Notice: THARΞX EA is a 100% digital software product. There is NO physical shipping involved. All deliveries are made electronically via your customer dashboard.

1. Product Nature

THARΞX EA is a downloadable software file (.ex5) designed to run on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform. Since this is a digital product:

  • No courier, postal, or physical shipping is required
  • No shipping address is collected at checkout
  • No shipping or handling charges apply
  • Delivery is fully electronic and instant

2. Delivery Method

After successful payment, you receive access through:

  1. Customer Dashboard: Login to tharexea.com/login.php using the same Google account you used at payment
  2. License Activation: Your license is auto-activated by our system within minutes
  3. Software Download: Download the THARΞX EA file (.ex5) directly from your dashboard
  4. Setup Instructions: Step-by-step installation guide provided in your dashboard

3. Delivery Timeline

Trial License (₹2,200)

  • Payment to activation: Within 5 minutes
  • Software access: Instant via dashboard
  • License validity: 7 days from activation

Lifetime License (₹50,000)

  • Payment to activation: Within 5 minutes
  • Software access: Instant via dashboard
  • License validity: Permanent (lifetime)

4. Activation Process

Once payment is successful via Razorpay:

  1. Razorpay sends payment confirmation to our server (webhook)
  2. Our system creates your license record automatically
  3. License is bound to your MT5 account number (which you provide in dashboard)
  4. Software becomes downloadable from your dashboard
  5. You'll receive a confirmation message in your dashboard

5. Required Information for Activation

To complete delivery, you must provide:

  • MT5 Account Number: Your live or demo trading account number
  • Broker Name: (Vantage Markets recommended)
  • Email Used: Same email you used for Google login

Without your MT5 account number, the EA cannot be bound and will not execute trades.

6. If Delivery Fails

If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment:

  1. Check your email for Razorpay payment confirmation
  2. Login to your dashboard at tharexea.com
  3. If still no access, contact us immediately with:
    • Razorpay payment ID
    • Email used for purchase
    • Timestamp of payment
  4. We will manually activate your license within 24 hours

7. Geographic Availability

THARΞX EA is available worldwide. There are no geographic delivery restrictions because the product is digital.

However, users are responsible for ensuring algorithmic forex/CFD trading is legal in their jurisdiction before purchase.

8. System Requirements for Delivery

To receive and use THARΞX EA, you need:

  • A working MT5 trading platform (Windows, Mac, or VPS)
  • A broker account that supports Expert Advisors (Vantage Markets recommended)
  • Internet connection
  • A Gmail account for login (Google OAuth)

9. Re-Delivery

You can re-download your purchased software anytime from your dashboard. There is no limit on downloads as long as your license is active.
